The updated EasyHacks page is now ready

As a consequence I have filed a redmine to get some skill keywords removed:
skillDebug, skillHIG, skillINFRA, skillLibreOfficeBasic, skillLinux, skillRuby
https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/1755

Thera were no open easy hacks of these types, and in my opinion, we already have more than enough active ones.

To reflect the presence of the step-by-step guide
