Doxygen output on docs.libreoffice.org

Nice - I’ll do just that :-)

I’ve got one more patch and then Doxygen will index the VCL module cleanly with no warnings, which was a major pain to do but I thought it was worth it. 

I’m running that on my own system now, I’ll check out the ctags/vim combo.
