and ScHTMLExport::WriteBody() in /core/sc/source/filter/html/htmlexp.cxx
in a similar way like it is already implemented with
SwHTMLWriter::WriteStream() in /core/sw/source/filter/html/wrthtml.cxx when
rHtmlOptions.IsPrintLayoutExtension() is enabled?
