Firebird Status update

Hi,

This week I solved some Firebird related bugs:

- Finished bug fix 69949 (on bugzilla)
Implement autoincrement for firebird

- Solved bug 71009
Nut surely good, waiting for review.

And I started to examine bug 91324:
Current date gives wrong date back.

Most of my changes are pending, because it depends on Firebird 3.0
which still not works on MAC and Windows.
