GSoC Week 3: Redesigning the Template Manager

Hello,
    I'm working with on the Template Manager as my GSoC project.
(Mentors: Samuel
Mehrbrodt and Yousuf Philips)

Last week, I completed most of my remaining tasks and all the patches can
be seen here

This week, I'm planning to complete the gsoc project, write the release
notes and contact the documentation team to update the wiki according to
the new design.

In addition to it, I've started working on online template view which will
render online templates in template manager:
