Hi
Your contributions have been noted (and discussed) in here.
I am the mentor of the GSoC idea, and I invite you to take a look at
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96020
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96021
and of course try to run the make.
The first step, is to make a proposal (according to the GSoC guidelines). Once we agree on the proposal, it needs to be submitted and then it will be evaluated together with other proposals. An Organization gets in general, allowance to accept X students, and if there are more proposals the org. decides which ones to select.

I am interest in working on the project Expand Visual Studio (and others) to generate all executables/dlls . I'm interested this python idea. I want to work in this field and I can start doing analysis for this.
