How to have the NoteBookBar in the master ?

Hi,

Is there some option to add in the autogen.input file to have the
NoteBookBar in the master ? Even if I set the environment variable
LO_USE_NOTEBOOKBAR=1, I can't activate the NoteBookBar.
I build LO under Ubuntu 16.04 64 bits.
