Is _Mongolian Baiti_ the name of the font?
If so, can you tell me where I can obtain a copy of it.
If it is gratis, I'll test it on my Linux box.

I've a theory as to why it is getting substituted.
If my theory is right, then the bug is not in LibO per se.
