This is bit of a secret code, to map file names to actual bug documents, the 
file name has the following structure:

$bugzilla_code$bug_id-$attachment_id.$file_extension

So for example "fdo12345-1.ods" means "bug no. 12345 at bugs.freedesktop.org 
and its attachment no.1 which happens to be .ods file"

fdo : bugs.freedesktop.org
tdf: bugs.documentfoudation.org
novell: bugzilla.novell.com
ooo: bz.apache.org/ooo
kde: bugs.kde.org
