   + First voting phase coming up

 * Use direct formatting and character style in ToC
   + https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87604
   + Limitation unclear, e.g. font size?
   + Scope unclear, alphabetical index, figures, tables...
   + implementation issues to pick single properties and not use font size, for example (Stuart, Jay)
   + Take all properties (Heiko)
   + running into trouble with direct formattings (Stuart)
   + font size can be relative; ToC should stay plain (Eric)
   + optionally, all properties excluding font size (Jay)
   + likely not possible to modify the ToC (clear direct formatting) (Jay)
   + compatibility with Windows not paramount here (Stuart)
   => keep ticket open

 * Menu organization: move Compare and Merge Documents into Edit

   + Track changes is different to document operations (Eric, Heiko)
     + Both are related (Jay, Stuart)
   + Not enough space in edit menu (Jay)
   + Benjamin's wouldn't look for this function so root of menu is not needed (Stuart)

   => no glossyness (Jay)
   => Andreas: please make the icons plain

 * Default spacing at columns

   + depending on font between 3-5mm - so 0.04cm (Regina)
   + Word uses 0.5in/1.27cm, Calligra: 0.6cm, WPS: 0.75cm or two characters
   => agreed on 0.6cm
