unit test for COL_DEFAULT_SHAPE_FILLING

Trying solve tdf#112541 I modified the values for COL_DEFAULT_SHAPE_FILLING and COL_DEFAULT_SHAPE_STROKE in include/svx/xdef.hxx. That works as expected but only when I not run the unit tests. The color value is hard-coded everywhere, and now I wonder if there is any good way to change the defaults.
