Unless you tell what you're up to there's not much to recommend..
Anyway, there's solenv/gbuild/AllLangResTarget.mk and if you invoke
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=instdir/program workdir/LinkTarget/Executable/rsc -h
you'll see the command line syntax.
