LO 5.3 Prerelease / Beta

LO Development version download page
(http://www.libreoffice.org/download)/pre-releases/) announces LO 5.3.0
Beta 2 in the Release Candidates paragraph. But this is no Release
Candidate and does not replace an existin LO installation as said in the
comment.

In addition to that, a download of LO 5.3.0.1 ( a real RC) is available
from the Pre-release server.
