Resizable wizards

Hi Heiko, Eike,

please keep in mind that resizable dialogs cause problems on OS X. In full screen mode they cover the whole display, because such windows are maximized by OS X in full screen mode. Non resizable dialogs are a prerequisite to keep LO usable in full screen mode on Macs.

brgds

So I suggest to unset the resizable flag at svtools/uiconfig/ui/wizarddialog.ui. This would affect a lot of dialogs and maybe have unexpected results. Any thoughts?
