CppunitTest_dbaccess_hsqldb_test / CppunitTest_dbaccess_RowSetClones Failing after System Update

After I updated my x86 Fedora 25 system to Fedora 26,  some Unit Tests started failing. I fired up 32 bit Arch, and I'm getting the same failure now. Any ideas  what change might be causing this or what I should check?
