[GSoC] Replace EditEngine binary clipboard with ODF filter - Weekly Report 3 - Varun Dhall

Hi all!

Last week of GSoC was passed in writing some new code and exploring uses of
EditEngine.

So far, I have successfully figured out the uses of
SotClipboardFormatId::EDITENGINE in Calc, Impress and Draw.
I have made some changes to handle new
SotClipboardFormatId::EDITENGINE_ODF_TEXT_FLAT in copy/paste operations.

Right now I'm working to reflect the clipboard changes on Windows (/dtrans).
