New dictionary in kikongo (kituba)

Hello,
I have a file with 4000 words in the kikongo language from DRC. I tried
to do a module with it, but no spelling displays in the document, if I
choose the language kituba.
I would like to have help to make a new dictionary with this file. the files can be found here <https://gitlab.com/lafricain79/kituba-dic>...
