LO Dev Option Dialog (v. 6.0.0.0)

Is there a reason why the "BASIC IDE Option" window does not appear in the
options dialog in version 6.0.0.0?
I have attached two screenshots to illustrate the situation. First picture
is LO Dev 6.0.0.0. Second picture is LO 5.3.1.2.
