Just follow the instructions in our wiki. Clone from either of our git
repositories, the anongit or gerrit one. Or, if you absolutely insist,
clone from the GitHub mirror. (Do *not* download a ZIP file from GitHub.
That will not work.)

We don't have much use for developers that know Java only, though.
