Draw and Impress fail to launch in master build and 6.0b1

Hi all,

In reference to tdf#114086, neither Draw nor Impress will launch in the
current 6.0 beta, nor from my master build of today.

Failure to load the component libsdlo.dylib is indicated as the cause.
Build linking issue or packaging problem ?
