setting compile_commands.json on Mac for building LO in VS Code

Hi,

If you want to generate compile_commands.json, you can do that. For
historical reasons the command to do that is "make vim-ide-integration".
The result is useful not only in vim, but in any other editor that
expects a cmake compilation database.
