Is there a way to know if a dispatch command opens a dialog?

Yes, it wasn't a serious suggestion.
Btw, it feels to me we overdo the ellipsis. A simple messagebox and maybe even a yes/no confirmation box does not need to be indicated (I dont have an example). Thing is that almost every menu entry has ellipsis making this information pointless.
