libreoffice-6.0.1.1 fails to compile with system gpgme-1.9.0

I also use that option (Debian):

Builds fine here. with 1.8.0 and 1.10 and also built fine when Debian
had 1.9.0

With both gcc 6.3 and 7.3 (and also back then with 7.2.x)
