Updating Spanish dictionary in Gerrit (v2.3)

Hi,

I'm again updating Spanish dictionary to version 2.3, which we have
just released:

https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/spanish-dictionaries/2.3

So, this time, I'm doing all my home tasks in due date. :-) Here is
the Gerrit changeset:

AFAIK, I've not forgotten neither rebase my local repository, nor to
update description.xml. This well could be the first time I do it
right at first try (I hope!). :-)
