About Persona/lightweight themes

Hello,

Retrieving personas/lightweight themes is again broken (see
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=118881).

1) Is there some official API to know if parse job in
cui/source/options/personalization.cxx is ok?
2) Above all, do we want to keep on to propose this feature?
Indeed, I just wonder if it's really used.
