GSoC weekly update: Improvements in Notebookbar

Hi Everyone,

Following is the weekly update of my work:

1. After solving some theming and resizing issues, now working on the
appearance of notebookbar with respect to context.

2. Have disabled the context toolbars appearing alongside notebookbar

3. Have started working on my next task is to set the context for print
preview.
