GSoC weekly update: Improvements in Notebookbar

Hi Everyone,

Following is the weekly update of my work:

1. Activated the notebookbar in draw

2. Work in progress for label colors after theme change

3. Also aligned hamburger icon to the center

4. Also going through the code of resizing for notebookbar.
