configure fails for lo 6.1.6 - Windows SDK... configure: error: Some (all?) Windows SDK files not found

Hi,

i was able to solve the configure problem by patching the lo 6.1.6 "configure.ac":

detect: NET Framework 4.7.2

detect Windows SDK 10.0.17763
