Sidebar panel via extension

Hello!

I´m trying to make a sidebar extension. Now I have working sidebar `tab` icon which can be opened, but the deck is completely empty.
Here is my code for

  *   Sidebar.xcu ( https://pastebin.com/SSbXTpy6 ),
  *   Factories.xcu ( https://pastebin.com/LJKnMvt7 ) and
  *   PanelFactory.java ( https://pastebin.com/icEE4m2R ).
What am I missing for it to be finally appear?
