Latest build is small and will not start

master~2019-04-26_14.20.06_LibreOfficeDev_6.3.0.0.alpha0_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz 
is 96.8 MB and Calc will not start.

An older copy, 
master~2019-03-02_23.38.22_LibreOfficeDev_6.3.0.0.alpha0_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz 
works fine. It is 178.9 MB  Both have 42 files

I notice on the older good copy 
lodevbasis6.3-core_6.3.0.0.alpha0-1_amd64.deb is 82.4 MB and on the 
newer problem copy it is 1.4 MB

Maybe this is the problem.
