not entirely sure why the import anchor position changed here, but it 
turns out that it's now in the same place where Word puts it, so we can 
call it a happy accident.

the DOCX export should be fixed on master now with commit 
e99f0182ca00d137238f89de67a06415d3c873e3 "sw: fix assert on export of 
ooo39250-1.rtf to DOCX"
