Building LO 6.0.7.3 with system-wide poppler 0.73.0 fails for several reasons

this is true, but the libreoffice-6-0 branch is EOL, so you can either:

1) use --without-system-poppler
    (and live with security risk of outdated library)

2) locally cherry-pick commits from master that fix poppler
    compatibility; "git log sdext/source/pdfimport" should find all of
    them (note: master does build with poppler 0.73, bundled poppler is
    even upgraded to 0.73 since yesterday)

3) use newer LO release branch (poppler backports to those are awaiting
    review in gerrit...)
