Weekly Report [ 17 June - 24 June] - Improvement to Notebookbar

Report :
The customization tab is ready for use but still needs some bug fixing.

These tasks were done this week:
-> Category target feature added
-> User directory bug that was messing up with production build is now
fixed. Separator position corrected in user interface and code refactoring
was done.

Tasks for this week
-> To update the notebookbar*.ui files, when a user update LibreOffice(a
new version).
-> Tab bug fixing (load the same tab in "Tabbed & Tabbed Compact" for  whom
customization is being done)
