uno commands icons

Hi,

how can I add icons for the command
- .uno:adddirect
- .uno:recentfilelist
- vnd.sun.star.findbar:FocusToFindbar

all commands were used in the menubar (File and View section). Ordinary you
have to edit core/officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/UI/ .xcu
files, but for this commands it didn't work.
