optional.hpp missing on buildbots?

Hi all, 

Do you know why I am getting the error "compiler couldn't find the file »boost/optional.hpp« referenced from C:/cygwin/home/tdf/lode/jenkins/workspace/gerrit_windows/include\vcl/outdevstate.hxx(31)” ?

The change in gerrit is:

I have added boost headers into the test, so I can’t work out why this is happening… anyone have any ideas? Interestingly, the gcc build works fine.
