What are you talking about?
If you didn't attribute your mail with "Hi LO" I'd say you're talking
about a different product than LibreOffice.
There's no LibreOffice partner plan, unless you contracted one with some company.
Whatever your ("our") application might be, we don't know what it does
or why it is blocked or how it would be related to LibreOffice even.
