Missing _sysconfigdata_m_linux_i686-linux-gnu.py

I used the source code downloaded from

https://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/src/6.4.0/libreoffice-6.4.0.3.tar.xz?idx=1

Apart from the sysconfigdata_m_linux_i686-linux-gnu.py issue, in this source
code was still present a bug that was already fixed around the start of
January, with a commit:

https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice/2020-January/084142.html

Could be possible that the packaged source does not keep up with the git
repository?
