GSoC Blurry Shadow Weekly Update

Hello,

I've started working on an additional part of extending the UI.
A spin button will be added to control the blur of the shadow through  area
dialog -> shadow tab

In the upcoming week, I have two exams on 21 and 25 July. I might not be
able to work on the project. Wish me luck.
