update lode if you use its `setup --jenkins-san`

Miklos made me aware that there may be people using lode's `setup 
--jenkins-san` locally, to get a compiler suitable for doing sanitizer 
builds (its intended use is <https://ci.libreoffice.org/job/lo_ubsan/>).

If you do that, you need to upgrade lode to 
<https://git.libreoffice.org/lode/+/456553363765ba248589a54739cc88581ea4f327%5E%21> 
"Update ASan/UBSan bot to a released Clang 9 version" and rerun `setup 
--jenkins-san`.
