Dialog Box Issue when using spell check version 7.1 beta

When I run the spell check the dialog box does not show any information
and it causes the spell check to not work. This occurs when I try to
add a word to my personal dictionary.

When I was a child I was told to color inside the lines and always stay
within my box. Then I grew up, burned the box and erased the lines.
