Error when building on Windows 10 with LODE

Hello,

I'm trying to build LO (master sources updated today) on Windows 10 (20H2)
by using LODE.
build.log

I got an error in libgpg part. (see attachment).
I only got --enable-dbgutil on autogen.input
I use AdoptOpenJdk 16 with Eclipse OpenJ9 x64.

(I disabled Windows Defender)

Any idea?
