A Query on a sudden increase in the bug dependency of LibreOffice

Hello Hadi,

In Bugzilla we use META bugs or Tracking bugs <
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Tracking_Bugs > in order to track
related bugs.

I believe we started to use them extensively in 2017.
