Seeking help to get started with the contributions

Hey,
I am an electrical engineering student. I came across Libre Office almost a
year back and now I want to contribute to improving the existing
open-source projects and be part of the community. My skills include :
C/C++
Python
HTML/CSS/JavaScript
MATLAB
Docker
Kubernetes
Git Bash
GitHub

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me set up and guide me
about what should I learn in order to get started.

Could someone help me out?
