Build failure on Linux (libeot)

Hello Jan-Marek,

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today 
(dee44fe48ffa928ca3ef56152a7666412894f3ec) + make clean (because Debian 
testing has upgraded from llvm11 to llvm13) including a call to 
autogen.sh, I got:

clang: error: no such file or directory: 
'/home/julien/lo/libreoffice/workdir/UnpackedTarball/libeot/.libs/libeot.a'
make[1]: *** [/home/julien/lo/libreoffice/vcl/Library_vcl.mk:20 : 
/home/julien/lo/libreoffice/instdir/program/libvcllo.so] Erreur 1

I attached config.log + autogen.input

Noticing ce54ba96f38b4af3aab1a7064078ee406eb021c6 "Use 
libo_CHECK_SYSTEM_MODULE for eot"

thought you might have some idea to fix this.
