Starmath UI structural changes

Hello.
I need to move the SmElementsDockingWindow and it's wrapper from what would
be the static interface to a member of the class SmGraphicWindow.

If possible I'd like some hints about how to clean the old implementation
and reimplement in the new location the events and that kind of stuff.
