Master build fail

When building the current master, I get the following error message (translated from French):

> /home/[...]/helpcontent2/CustomTarget_html.mk:49: *** insufficient number of arguments (1) for the function « if ». Stop.
> make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished tasks....
> make: *** [Makefile:289 : build] Error 2
