Build fails on Loongnix-Server Linux (loongarch64 CPU)

Someone has reported that 'make' has failed on 
System: Loongnix-Server Linux release 8.3 (as far as I know, this system is based on Fedora)
CPU: loongarch64

Error Message:

[user1 at 514adae7f545 libreoffice-7.2.5.1]$ make

What shall he do to make it builds? Please let me know if more information is required. Thanks in advance.
