can't build cpp examples

Hi! I'm trying to use LibreOffice SDK to create extension. I followed wiki<https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/lode> and installation guide<https://api.libreoffice.org/docs/install.html>. But can't build cpp examples on Windows x64:
mkdir: cannot create directory 'C:\\Users\\Konstantin\\work\\LibreOffice7.3\\libreoffice7.3_sdk\\WINexample.out\\misc\\complextoolbarcontrols\\complextoolbarcontrols\\META-INF': No such file or directory
But I can do mkdir manually!
although I get another error:
It's quite surprisingly for me because I use cmd.exe to build cpp example, so no /bin/sh.

Sorry I'm not sure if it's right place to answer, so could you forward me to it if it's not.
