After a second thought I realized it's possible to keep the extensions 
while keeping a reasonable repository size if all languages but en-US 
are removed from the build [1]. Same as in the linux repository.

I've re-uploaded the repository again to 
https://bibisect.libreoffice.org/win86-releases containing all 3.x, 4.x 
and 5.x releases. 6.x and 7.x releases will be added soon.
