some questions about icon-theme

Hello, 
can you teach me how the name of every icon and its action name linked or how to use 3 different icon-themes for "calc" , "writer" and "impress" at the samw time ? 
I try to make 3 different icon-themes for calc , writer and impress , but find that the same action linked the same icon-address. So that I cant change only one of them, but all of them.
For example, ".uno:Paste" link to the "lc_paste.png" in large icon, but i want to make 3 icons in different color for paste function in calc , writer and impress. like ".uno:AddDirect" command , which have different icons now.
